Why does RTT® use hypnosis in the therapy?
• About 95% of your daily actions are the result of automatic responses to thoughts in your subconscious mind. That means only 1 to 5% of your decisions are made consciously and it’s difficult to logically change your behaviors.
Your subconscious mind holds your root cause and is waiting for you to deal with and resolve your problems for your sake.
Hypnosis makes you relax, and in this state you can tap into your subconscious mind; therefore, we can catch the root cause faster. Also your conscious mind, brain, and body can regulate. That means that you become collected and secured.

Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system, but not about being asleep. You become suggestible to health and positive thoughts in a light meditation state.

You can connect to your subconscious mind and become more aware of your deeply embedded thoughts and beliefs.

In the state of hypnosis, you are in control of your mind and body. You are still aware of your surrounding. You can come back to your awareness when necessary.
• The subconscious mind serves as a filter between the conscious mind and as a messenger to the conscious mind, prioritizing our crucial thoughts that need to be resolved.
• When negative thoughts are triggered in a situation, discomfort pokes in your conscious mind and you react to it. This discomfort is the signal from subconscious mind. It wants to notify you that there are negative thoughts that are toxic to your wellbeing and are prioritized for you to resolve for your sake.
• Age 0 – 6, you sense the environment and subconsciously program a blueprint for your life based on the emotions, feelings, thoughts, and beliefs of yours and your caregivers, family, relatives, school, community, culture, and religion. Surprisingly by age 5, you have already learned half of life. And subconscious mind continues to record your life non-stop.
