What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®)?

RTT® was created and founded by Marisa Peer, a highly acclaimed English therapist. She has created this powerful method in her over 30 years of practice.  RTT® has won numerous awards for its rapid effectiveness.

 

The RTT® method is based on Neuroscience combining Biology, beneficial Hypnotherapy principles working with your sub-conscious mind, Neurology, Neuroplasticity, Psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

RTT® uses hypnosis for you to tap into your subconscious mind to find the root cause of your issue.  The subconscious mind holds the prioritized root cause of your issue that you need to deal with now for your healthy mental health and your choosing the right direction in your life.

How does RTT work?

Using the RTT® method, we can identify the root cause of your issue. Process and release old unresolved emotions and feelings, let go of negative thoughts and beliefs, and then reprogram your mind with positive words and images.

Our minds and bodies respond to past experiences that are highly emotional. Our subconscious mind governs 95% of our actions and reactions, which are automatic habits shaped by past emotional experiences.  Why is it hard to change our patterns/habits? Hypnosis can help access the subconscious mind to address and resolve these.

What does Hypnosis do to me?

Hypnosis induces a meditative state, allowing for relaxation, awareness, healing, centering, and mind & body connection through alpha brain waves. These waves act as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious

minds, bringing up memories effortlessly; therefore, hypnosis helps reveal the cause of issues.

 

In the state of hypnosis, you are always in control of your mind and body.  You are still aware of your surrounding.  

You can come back to your awareness when necessary. ​

If you find yourself stuck in a negative pattern of trying hard to achieve your goals but always ending up with negative results; of small everyday situations impacting you emotionally and struggling to shake them off; or of 

being easily addicted to something, it's possible you have negative subconscious thoughts about yourself, others, and the world, typically developed in childhood.


I specialize in exploring and understanding your childhood experiences, resolving your emotional unmet needs, and changing your old thinking process that still exists in you today.

Services At A Glance

              RTT Session

 

You have the option to include one or more Support Sessions before your first RTT session or after the last RTT session.

  • 2 hours

  • 2 - 3 sessions are recommended​ with â€‹

a 2 to 3-week interval between each session

​

​​​

  • A personalized recording will be created for you to listen to for 21 days at each session

​

​

  • A follow-up between sessions via email 

​

Final follow-ups:

 via email after 7 days and

on Zoom for 20 minutes after 21 days

              Support Session

You are very interested in RTT, but prefer without hypnosis or not to visit 3 scenes. ​Nevertheless, you are open to scheduling RTT sessions at any time.

  • 1 hour

  • Every week for 12 weeks recommended

  • A follow-up 4 days after the first session and when needed via email

Final follow-ups:

via email after 7 days and

on Zoom for 20 minutes after 21 days

Convenience of having online sessions from your own home 

The session should be done in a quiet, undisturbed place.

​

A computer or smart phone with a reliable Internet connection is required; however, a desktop or laptop computer is preferred. 

​

If our Zoom call ever gets disconnected during a session, in the state of hypnosis, you would notice it and simply open your eyes and come back to your conscious awareness. Then we could resume the session from where we left off.
